30 minutes, 37 seconds is the amount of time it took me to complete my 12 mile bike ride this evening. My last bike time was 34 minutes, and my goal for this ride was to break the 34 minute mark. I did push myself toward the end to make the 30 minute mark, but isn't that what training is all about - pushing yourself!
Tomorrow I have a 1/4 mile swim scheduled with a friend who's competing in the triathlon with me.
